Found Something Wrong?
VetAtlas covers benefits, tax rules, and eligibility thresholds that change every legislative session. If you spot something that is outdated, inaccurate, or could be clearer, please tell us. When you report an error, it helps to include:
- The page or web address where you saw it
- What the page currently says
- What it should say, and the official source if you have it
Corrections to factual claims are our top priority and are usually reviewed within a few days against the primary government source.
Suggestions & Contributions
Is there a benefit, program, or topic VetAtlas should cover and doesn't? Send it over. The goal is to make this the most complete veteran resource on the internet, and the best ideas come from veterans and families who have navigated the system themselves.
If you are a veteran who wants to help research, review, or expand the site, we'd like to hear from you too. You can read more about the project on the About page.
What We Can't Do
VetAtlas is an independent information resource, not a government agency or an accredited representative. We cannot access your VA records, check your claim status, file or appeal a claim on your behalf, or give legal, medical, or financial advice about your specific situation.
For help with an individual claim, contact an accredited Veteran Service Officer or VA-accredited attorney. For account or claim questions, contact the VA directly at 1-800-827-1000 or VA.gov ↗.
In Crisis? Get Help Now
If you or a veteran you know is in crisis, do not wait for an email reply. Call the Veterans Crisis Line: dial 988, then press 1, text 838255, or chat at VeteransCrisisLine.net ↗. It is free, confidential, and available 24/7.
